Replacement for: Latitude

Until the release of the Quantum Pro in 2012, this was the premium level of technology from Unitron. It is still an excellent hearing aid, its technology is just slightly less sophisticated.  It is available in a range of styles including BTE (Behind the Ear), ITE (In the Ear) and CIC (Completely in Canal). There is also an RIC (Receiver in Canal) which is known as the Quantum Moxi. The Quantum range is available in 5 technology levels of which the Quantum 20 is now the second in the range. You can take a look at the full range of Unitron hearing aids here

The Quantum 20 is still able to manage most hearing losses as well as providing a comfortable fit. It has the same features as the Quantum Pro that are designed to make your hearing clearer, more natural and comfortable in any situation or environment.

20 Channels

This matches the number of channels on the Quantum Pro and allows your hearing aids to be specifically programmed to suit your individual hearing needs.

This feature eliminates feedback so you don’t experience any annoying whistling noises

Wind Noise Manager

Wind noise can often cause distortion and reduce the quality of your hearing. This feature suppresses this noise to preserve clarity.

                                                           

AntiShock

The Antishock feature will maintain your listening comfort in the event of any sudden loud noises by softening the impact of the sound.

Automatic with Smart Focus

This feature will detect the subtle changes in environment and automatically adjust the hearing aids. The Quantum 20 has 4 programmes within this feature.

Client Control of Smart Focus

This allows you to adjust your own fine tuning, giving you more control of your own hearing aids.

Pinna Effect

This allows you to maintain a more natural sound by recreating the normal acoustics of your ears.

Binaural Phone

Binaural phone allows the hearing aids to work together so you receive a clearer sound when having a telephone conversation. It also means that you can hear the conversation in both ears.

The Quantum 20 also has styles that are wireless compatible. This means that your hearing aids can be paired to Unitron accessories and connect you directly with your audio devices.

                                                                                                                                                                

uDirect 2              

This accessory can be worn simply around your neck to stream the sound from your different audio devices into the hearing aids. It is also a handy remote control that lets you adjust the volume or programs on the hearing aids.

Utv 2                    

When used with your streamer, this device will transmit the sound from your TV directly to the hearing aids. With this accessory, you can control the volume through your hearing aids rather than using the actual TV volume. It also doubles as a charger for the uDirect 2.

SmartControl       

This advanced remote control has an attractive design and lets you control volume levels or program settings. As the advanced model, it can also give you control over the settings for comfort and clarity.

Unitron Remote  

This is a basic remote control that allows you to control the basic volume and program functions on your hearing aids.
